Pre-Template checklist for customers
Here is a checklist for customers to prepare the kitchen area, in order for us to carry out a template for kitchen worktops/ countertops/ work surfaces.
All related kitchen units MUST be fully fitted, finished, and secured to the walls. This includes tower units/ tall housings(and wall units where full height back splashes etc are being fitted).
Any existing worktops MUST be fully removed.
Any sink basins or hobs MUST also be removed whether they be existing or temporary.
Any alterations being made to related walls i.e. skimming etc MUST be carried out before templating, or after Installation of the new worktops.
Any new or existing sink basins or hobs etc that are to be installed in the new worktops MUST be on site and available for use when templating.
All the above MUST be adhered to, as our templaters travel long distances and have more than one visit to make a day, they can not be kept waiting for removal of sinks, taps etc as this may lead to a later appointment being cancelled.
If your kitchen is not ready for templating at the agreed appointment time there will be a surcharge.
